Fun in the Sun at Crooklets Beach

We’ve been lucky to have good weather this week.  Managed to spend some time on Crooklets beach last Monday along with one of little T’s friends.  We brought their scooters with us, so while my husband and I were sipping our lovely cappuccinos at Rosie’s kitchen outside, the girls were having a lovely time riding on their scooters.

And after a quick snack of cheesy chips and fruit shakes, the girls were ready to have some fun on the beach.

And yes, we did go away with soggy bottoms, the kids that is.  The grown-ups were dry, but I don’t think we had as much fun as they did.

What have you guys been up to this Easter break?

I am feeling left out on beach visits seeing all these posts this week. I did manage a girls spa day at Fistral and a lovely beach walk but I’ve yet to go with the kids. There is something quite special about watching the children play at the beach. Looks like T and her friend had a lovely time and not a beach I’ve visited before.

Thank you for sharing with me on #CountryKids

  2. As soon as the sun is out we head to the beach! It’s a trip that makes us all happy. I hope my children never grow out of loving a day at the beach. #countrykids

    • We do live nearby, but admittedly we don’t visit the beach as much as we would like to.

    • Yes and that’s why we do love going to Rosie’s Kitchen precisely for that reason 🙂 x

  3. Isnt the weather the loveliest last week!!! Its a wee bit windy here but that did not stop us and the rest of the population to go to the beach haha. I only realized how much people are living here when its sunny and when people go out. I love people and I love this weather like you! #countrykids

    • Yes, it’s lovely when the sun is out isn’t it, even when it’s breezy 🙂
